After some robberies of Turtle memorabilia, the Turtles are kidnapped by famous spray inventor Monroe Q. Flem to be a part of his Ninja Turtle collection... permanently!

April: That tears it! You scuzzy weasel! Wait till I get my hands on you! - Unwilling Suspension: Flem has April hang over his experimental wax. Strangely, she was hanging sideways by her belt and in the next act, she's hanging right-side up with her hands tied behind her back.
