Michelangelo sneaks into a local Toy-Fair to get the toy he desperately wants. Unfortunately for him, he's mistaken for a toy and it brought to the home of a bratty rich kid. Meanwhile, the turtles have to foil a mad toymaker in his future reign of terror!

- Clark Kenting: Michelangelo's disguise is him in a beret, a suit and a fake mustache. When that doesn't work, he pretends to be a full-sized toy and is snuck in with the various giant stuffed animals.
- Lonely Rich Kid: Kevin Tyler acts like a brat, throwing tanturms and demanding every toy he sees, but when he realizes that Michelangelo isn't a toy, he begs him to stay because he has no real friends to play with.
- Mad Scientist: Wilbur Weazell aspires to be considered the greatest toy-maker in the world, creating a series of dinosaur toys that double as Killer Robots.
- My Little Panzer: It's revealed that the Tyranno-toys were created to be Killer Robots, made to be showcased at the toy fair and, when activated, rage war on humanity and run his boss out of business.
- Pretentious Pronunciation: A Running Gag has people calling Weazell "Mr. Weasel", only for him to correct them.
- Wicked Weasel: Wilbur Weazell (pronounced "Wees-Ell") is a normal human, but he also created the Tyrano-Toys as Killer Robots to wreak havoc on humanity at large.Raphael: "Wilbur the Weasel" huh? It suits yah.
