Determined to destroy the Turtles, Shredder uses Krang's dimensional portal in hopes of getting some hi-tech weapon to use. What he unleashes are a pair of Krang's Stone Warriors, following a trio of wild teens in flying cars! The Neutrinos meet the Turtles, and tell them about Krang.
