Santa coerces Beast Boy to act as his personal informant and tattle on their naughty behavior, since the elves are concerned he's been assigning people to the Naughty List without good reason.
- An Offer You Can't Refuse: Santa's "coercion" involves tying Beast Boy to a chair and threatening that a reindeer will break him apart. Later, the Titans threaten to make Beast Boy "sleep with the fishes" if he doesn't become their Double Agent.

- Double Reverse Quadruple Agent: When the other Titans figure out that Beast Boy is reporting on them to Santa, they use similar persuasion techniques to force Beast Boy to spy on Santa and prove he really has been mismanaging his lists. When the Titans and Santa then make a deal to keep each other's dark secrets and realize they can't trust Beast Boy, they all try to silence him, leading Beast Boy to report on them all to a government agency and going into a Witness Protection Program.
