Blackfire pays a surprise visit to her sister, Starfire, saying she wants to spend some quality time with her. The other Titans think that Blackfire is playing another one of her tricks, but Starfire is sure that this time Blackfire is serious about reviving their sisterly love. It turns out the other Titans were right, and while Starfire suffers, they force Blackfire to learn how to become a better person.

- Evil Costume Switch: After Starfire gets thrown into prison for looking like Blackfire, she shaves her head, gives herself tattoos, and works out until she's quite muscular.

- Gag Censor: A huge black box with the word "CENSORED" written in white slides on-screen and covers Starfire from the neck down right before Blackfire rips her costume off and replaces it with one identical to her own.
- Heel–Face Door-Slam: Blackfire gets this even after trying to change for the better.
- My God, What Have I Done?: Upon realizing that Starfire was literally the only person in the galaxy who still loved her after all she's done, Blackfire starts to actually listen to the Titans' lessons on being a better sister.
- Rejected Apology: From Starfire to Blackfire after the former breaks out of prison and the latter wants to genuinely be a better sister and apologizes: "IT'S TOO LATE FOR THE SORRY!" Later, upon receiving her childhood doll back from Blackfire and acknowledging that Blackfire has truly changed, Starfire hisses "So have I", incinerating the doll and then knocking Blackfire unconscious.
- Roaring Rampage of Revenge: Starfire after she comes back for Blackfire."I have come for the her!"
- Shaking the Rump: Robin does this while lifting weights, much to Blackfire's delight.
- Single Woman Seeks Good Man: Gender-Inverted. Robin makes it clear to Blackfire that he's attracted to girls who are nice and sweet.
- Swapped Roles: While Starfire is betrayed by her sister and becomes more violent and vengeance-driven while in prison, the Titans try to rehabilitate Blackfire and have her be more caring, swapping which one is the "evil" sister.
- Title Drop: Blackfire's nickname for Robin.
- Trivial Title: Blackfire’s affectionate nickname for Robin is not the main focus for the episode.
- Turn the Other Cheek: Starfire treats Blackfire with kindness despite how she treats her. That is until she tricked her and got her arrested by the robot.
- Twin Switch: Blackfire's evil plan is to convince Starfire to look more like her under the pretense of sisterly bonding, then convince the police robots that were chasing her that Starfire is her.
- What Does She See In Her?: Platonic Example. Robin wonders how Starfire could ever love someone as mean as Blackfire for a sister.
