Cyborg decides to adopt Brother Blood's newest creation, Pain-Bot, as his Robot Buddy.
- Curb-Stomp Battle: The episode ends with the Titans deciding they only have room for one official "little buddy", and make Pain-Bot fight in a boxing arena against other reoccurring characters like Robin's Birdarang and the boombox. The final opponent is Starfire's pet Silkie, who seems to pose no threat at first, only to then devour Pain-Bot in a single gulp.
- Hypocritical Humor: Cyborg is enthusiastic about having his own Robot Buddy throughout the episode, despite it repeatedly trying to murder him and the other Titans. At the end of the episode, when it's subjected to a Curb-Stomp Battle from Silkie, Cyborg immediately suggests they get rid of Silkie for their own safety.
