Cyborg creates an algorithm to see who everyone's perfect date would be, and it matches Beast Boy with Raven. It also matches Starfire with Aquaman, leading Robin to try and emulate the aquatic hero.
Tropes:
- Abhorrent Admirer: After they're matched, Beast Boy decides to try his best to woo Raven, despite them arguing mere moments earlier. Raven, however, is just irritated, at one point listing every single reason she doesn't find him attractive and then slamming Beast Boy against a wall when he interprets it as her knowing him intimately.
- Fourth-Date Marriage: After Raven is unable to refuse his Puppy-Dog Eyes, Beast Boy outright proposes to Raven, and she actually accepts. They're about to kiss at an altar before Cyborg interrupts to state he found an error in the algorithm, at which point Beast Boy leaves Raven for his "new" perfect date: a scratching post.
- Hypocritical Humor: In the end, after Beast Bot is re-matched with a scratching post, Raven is incredulous but Cyborg tells her that technology doesn't lie, despite his first algorithm being erroneous. Cyborg starts to reconsider his viewpoint when it then states that Starfire's new perfect match is also that specific scratching post.
- Puppy-Dog Eyes: Towards the end, Raven tries to make it clear that she will never be interested in Beast Boy. However, when Beast Boy does this in response, Raven quickly reconsiders.
- Visible Odor: At one point, Robin tapes a bunch of fish to himself to smell like Aquaman, but the green stink lines knock out both Cyborg and Starfire.
