"Crazyclemens" thinks The Cheat deserves some more "privaleges" for all the help he gives Strong Bad. Strong Bad agrees that it has been a while since The Cheat's last privilege upgrade, when Strong Bad "reinstated The Cheat's bathroom privileges, which he had previously abused".
Strong Bad summons The Cheat (who appears behind him, causing him to get startled and fall off his stool), and checks The Cheat's "Strong Bad Rewards Score Card" ("Save Up Points to Curry My Favor!"), finding he's only a point away from becoming a "Medallion Gold Plus Club Member". The Cheat eagerly runs off to earn that point by abusing Strong Sad with a power drill ("Ow! Both my face and hands!"). An amused Strong Bad gladly punches The Cheat's rewards card and brings up the list of Medallion Gold Plus Club privileges on the Compy, which includes "crisper drawer use (not for sleeping)", "dominion over pizza toppings", "limited use of Beemer lighter", and many others.
The Cheat wastes no time in taking advantages of his privileges, lounging in the crisper drawer while watching and randomly muting cheesy horror movies. He also orders a "large thin-crust with mushrooms and Pop Tarts" from Bubs' Old Pizza (delivered by Homestar, who is also trying to sell magazine subscriptions).

- Amusing Injuries: The Cheat is heard taking a power drill to Strong Sad's face and hands just offscreen in order to get upgraded to a Medallion Gold Plus Club member.

- Our Slogan Is Terrible: The box for the pizza the Cheat ordered reads "Bubs' Old Pizza: It's-a Really Old!"
- Ow, My Body Part!: Strong Sad yells "Ow! Both my face and hands!"

- The Cheat watches a movie about a guy who thinks a truck is trying to kill him, which may be a reference to Duel or Maximum Overdrive.
