(The Compy is seen unoccupied, humming to itself. The sound of rapid footsteps can be heard approaching. Strong Bad rushes in, but screeches to a halt when he approaches the Compy)
Strong Bad: Oh! The email! (sits down) Uh, look guys. I don't have a lotta time.
Strong Bad explains that he's "in the middle of something [he] really can't explain", but manages to find the time to check an email "real quick-a-like". He updates Jordan from New Hampshire on his status with the ladies ("Current Status: They all still want me") before fleeing the wrath of Bubs and Coach Z... or rather, Zubs and Coach B, whose heads and bodies have been swapped as part of an elaborate prank.
Coach B: Well, he's not here.
Zubs: Well you'd better find him quick. This crap ain't funny!
Coach B: I'd be hard-pressed to do anything quick in this train wreck. What've you been eatin', concrete?
Zubs: Least I don't have no clown feet! I can hardly walk in these things! Ronald McDonald, grumble-mumble...
(The Paper comes down)
Zubs: Well you'd better find him quick. This crap ain't funny!
Coach B: I'd be hard-pressed to do anything quick in this train wreck. What've you been eatin', concrete?
Zubs: Least I don't have no clown feet! I can hardly walk in these things! Ronald McDonald, grumble-mumble...

- Bottle Episode: The email barely lasts more than one minute, is contained entirely within the computer room, and only three characters are present.
- Dude, Not Funny!: Coach Z and Bubs aren't too thrilled with the "Coach B/Zubs Project". The latter says "This crap ain't funny!"
- "Freaky Friday" Flip: A variant, Strong Bad somehow swapped the heads of Coach Z and Bubs onto each others' bodies.
- In Medias Res: The cartoon opens with Strong Bad "in the middle of something".
- Noodle Incident: How exactly did Strong Bad set off the "Coach B/Zubs Project"?
- Oh, Crap!: Strong Bad only spends 24 seconds answering an email due to having to outrun Coach Z and Bubs; the second he hears them catching up, Strong Bad ends the email on the spot and books it.
- Shout-Out: Strong Bad's floppy disk container shows a disk reading "LOOM disk 1 of 24".
- You Are Fat: Coach B cracks about the heft of Bubs' body, calling it a "train wreck" and asking him, "What've you been eating, concrete?"
