Alex thinks it would be funny to see Strong Sad get his hands glued to his face. Strong Bad proclaims "I'm one step ahead of you, Alex"... or is he? A list of choices appears, asking the viewer if Strong Bad should really glue Strong Sad's hands to his face.
- If "YES", it cuts to Strong Sad at the Athletic Field, with his hands stuck to his face and a target painted on his stomach, while unseen assailants hit him with dodgeballs. It even includes an Easter egg with a Peg Strong Sad minigame.
Strong Sad: Owww! Oh! Ohw! Augh! Okay, you guys! Augh! It's not funny. Augh! I'm kinda.. Augh! Unable to defend myself! Ow! Ooh! More so than usual!

- If "MAYBE", it cuts to Strong Sad in bed with his hands stuck to his face. Unfortunately for Strong Bad, Strong Sad is delighted at the prospect of being struck blind, and SB orders The Cheat to initiate "Plan B": a bucket of red ants.
Strong Bad: Oh man, he likes it! Okay, go to plan B!
The Cheat: (affirmative The Cheat noise, whips out a bucket of red ants and enters the room)

- If you choose to "TAKE IT IN A BIT OF A DIFFERENT DIRECTION", Strong Bad announces he's done just that, and it cuts to Strong Sad with his hands stuck to his butt, to the mixed amusement and bafflement of his neighbors.
Strong Sad: Augh, this is getting frustrating!
Strong Bad: (walks up, close to laughing) Oh, Strong Sad! Fancy seeing you here! And uncontrollably grabbing your own butt, I see! Oh, don't let me get in the way. Carry on! (snickers and walks away)
Strong Sad: Wait, come back!

- Retcon: Originally, the e-mail only included the "take it in a different direction" ending. An update added the interactive element.
- That Came Out Wrong:Homestar: Er, Strong Sad. Why are you touching your buttocks? That's pretty weird.

Homestar: Okay, that's really weird... - Time for Plan B: In the "Maybe" ending, Strong Sad ends up liking the fact that his hands are glued to his face. Strong Bad then enacts his backup plan of dumping a bucket of red ants onto Strong Sad.
Coach Z: (passing by) Atta boy, Strong Sad!
Strong Sad: Hey, where are you going? Do you have any solvent? Or Goof Off? Or Didi Seven? Somebody get my hands off my butt!
