Dr. Paradigm creates a new Seaviate, Killlamari, by gene-slamming a squid with human DNA. When the Street Sharks try to stop the Seaviates from stealing research from Dr. Bolton's home, Jab is severely poisoned by Killamari, and the Sharks must race to find a cure.
This episode contains examples of:
- Big Brother Instinct: When Jab gets poisoned by Killamari and collapses, the Seaviates try to make a run for it. The Street Sharks don't take kindly to this:Ripster: SHARK ATTACK!(cue the Sharks furiously swarming the Seaviates' drill tank)
- In fact, when the Seviates do escape, Streex is all for pursuing them until Ripster reminds him that Jab needs help.
- Drill Tank: The Seaviates use one extensively in this episode to catch the Sharks by surprise.
- Find the Cure!: Jab ends up poisoned by Killamari's venomous spears, and the Sharks have to change their priority from protecting their father's research to finding a cure for the venom.
- The Ghost: This is the first episode where it's implied that Dr. Bolton survived his mutation, anonymously sending emails and advice to the Sharks.
