• Actor Allusion: Fin burps forcefully enough to blow Reef's and Broseph's hair back and knock Johnny over. Izzy, the Total Drama character Fin's voice actress plays, has also been seen releasing burps of such magnitude.
• Beat Them at Their Own Game: When the guys allow Fin to join them on their guys-only weekend, they quickly find that she is One of the Boys to such an extent that even they find her too much to put up with. In response, they begin acting excessively girly, and start doing things like knitting, gossiping, and tea parties. This is of course too much for Fin to put up with, so she leaves them alone and they can finally go enjoy themselves the way they want.
• Gasshole: Fin. After passing the "man tests" and said tests actually start with her chugging soda and belching), she celebrates by cutting loose with a burp powerful enough to blow Reef's and Broseph's hair & lips back, knock Johnny over and shake the room they were in. This is excellent foreshadowing of the plotline that Fin is One of the Boys to such an extent that even the guys find her too much to put up with.
• Wig, Dress, Accent: Emma dons a blonde wig and a pair of sunglasses and adopts a French accent in order to become 'Gemma' and become Ty's rebound girl.
