Peace talks with the Imperials are about to begin.
This episode contains the following tropes:
- Broken Pedestal: A majority of the Jedi have shown to have lost faith in Mace due to how far he's fallen. Unfortunately, the only reason he hasn't been forcefully removed or deemed unfit for command is because a sizable number of other Jedi have fallen or are falling too.
- Dramatic Irony: Mace claims that they should have bombarded the Basilica from orbit from the start. We know that if they had done this, Axum would have been reduced to a smoldering ruin as it would have set off the Virus Bomb.
- A House Divided: The Jedi's hypocrisy and arrogance finally come full circle in the argument with Mace and Xan.
- Oh, Crap!: Ahsoka can only mutter "Oh, no..." when she sees Samael in the Imperial delegation.
