    "Season 1" (November-December 2003) 
  1. "Chapter 1": As the Clone Wars begin, Anakin was picked as a commander for the Republic.
  2. "Chapter 2": Obi-Wan deploys the ARC Troopers to Muunilinst, home of the Banking Clan.
  3. "Chapter 3": The ARC Troopers defend themselves from the forces of the Banking Clan.
  4. "Chapter 4": The bounty hunter, Durge, leads the CIS forces at Muunilinst.
  5. "Chapter 5": Kit Fisto was summoned to Mon Calamari and remove CIS forces there underwater.
  6. "Chapter 6": A force-sensitive woman arrives at Count Dooku's arena.
  7. "Chapter 7": Count Dooku tests the skills of Asajj Ventress.
  8. "Chapter 8": Obi-Wan encounters Durge during the battle of Muunilinst.
  9. "Chapter 9": Durge returns for payback against Obi-Wan.
  10. "Chapter 10": Anakin led the air units into stopping CIS fleets.

    "Season 2" (March-April 2004) 
  1. "Chapter 11": Anakin was following Ventress to her location, to Obi-Wan's dismay.
  2. "Chapter 12": At Dantooine, Mace Windu defends himself from Super Battle Droids.
  3. "Chapter 13": Windu's battle against the Droids come to a conclusion.
  4. "Chapter 14": At Ilum, Luminara and her Padawan learn about the crystals of the lightsabers.
  5. "Chapter 15": Yoda requested Padme Amidala to help two trapped Jedi at Ilum.
  6. "Chapter 16": Padme assisted Yoda from danger at Ilum.
  7. "Chapter 17": Anakin confronts Asajj Ventress at Yavin IV.
  8. "Chapter 18": The duel continues between Anakin and Asajj.
  9. "Chapter 19": Anakin felt the dark-side of the Force as he defeated Asajj.
  10. "Chapter 20": The Banking Clan surrenders to the Republic, but they received a message from Jedi being slaughtered by a new droid; General Grievous.

    "Season 3" (March 2005) 
  1. "Chapter 21": After Grievous' attack on Hypori, Anakin was ready to become a Jedi Knight.
  2. "Chapter 22": As the years pass, the Republic is slowly close to winning the war.
  3. "Chapter 23": The Jedi learn of the assault on the Coruscant, Anakin begins his test at Nelvaan.
  4. "Chapter 24": The Jedi protect Palpatine from Grievous, Anakin continues his test.
  5. "Chapter 25": Anakin rescues Nelvaanian warriors, Grievous abducted the Supreme Chancellor.
