Kenny begins dating a fifth-grade girl named Tammy, who allegedly gave a boy a blowjob in the back of a T.G.I.Fridays, but all dreams of getting head from Tammy are shattered when she and Kenny go to a Jonas Brothers concert and are compelled to wear purity rings.

- Attack of the 50-Foot Whatever: When the Jonas Brothers concert is ruined, Mickey Mouse gets so angry that he turns into a giant fire-breathing parade balloon and starts destroying the city.
- Bad Boss: Mickey Mouse. He constantly abuses his employees by beating them up when they refuse to do what he wants.
- The Bad Guy Wins: Regardless of what anyone did, the ending was going to be a win-win for Mickey. He would have either succeeded in milking money off the Jonas Brothers concert, or if the concert bombed (which it did, thanks to the boys' efforts), he would go on a rampage burning down the city and breathing fire onto civilians running for their lives.
- Berserk Button: Don't disobey or even threaten to be insubordinate to Mickey Mouse for any reason. When one of the Jonas Brothers implies that they might refuse to go on stage if they're forced to wear the purity rings Mickey physically knocks him over and kicks him until he's bloody.
- Brick Joke: A rather morbid one, but when Mickey Mouse is defeated and Kenny finally gets a blowjob from Tammy, he ends up dying from syphilis, just like Cartman warned him.
- Call-Back: One of the things the boys do while Kenny, who has accepted the purity ring at this point, sits out is TP a house
- The Cameo: Mr. Slave and Chantal from "Freak Strike" make brief cameos in the first Jonas Brothers concert.
- Chastity Couple: What Tammy and Kenny are, along with some really pretentious prematurely-aged kid couples. Subverted when the boys thwart the Jonas Brothers concert which inspires Tammy and Kenny to remove their purity rings and start having sex.
- Corrupt Corporate Executive: Mickey Mouse.

- Kenny wants to get a "B.J." from his girlfriend, even though he is only nine years old, and she's only a little older.
- Tammy Warner is this herself, since she gave Dave Darsky a blowjob in the parking lot of T.G.I. Friday's, and does the exact same to Kenny, only for him to catch syphilis and die again.

- Downer Ending: Even though the concert bombs thanks to the boys' efforts, it doesn't stop Mickey Mouse from going on a rampage and killing numerous innocent people. While Kenny ultimately gets what he wanted from Tammy, it turns out she had an STD which killed him.
- The Dreaded: The Jonas Brothers immediately freeze up with worry when they learn Mickey Mouse is visiting after having confidently declared they would stop wearing the purity rings. One employee frantically warns everyone else that Mickey has arrived.
- Engineered Public Confession: Backstage before the concert, Mickey Mouse gets upset at the Jonas Brothers for refusing to go onstage, going on a tirade about how the purity rings are used to sell sex and get away with it, little girls are stupid, and that Christians are "retarded" for believing in "a talking dead guy". At the same time, Kyle stealthily turns up one of the microphones on stage, allowing Mickey's words to be heard on stage and through the TV broadcast. Cartman then raises the curtain, exposing Mickey to the audience, who boo at him.
- Even Evil Has Standards: Cartman despises the Jonas Brothers and goes out of his way to help Stan and Kyle save Kenny from their influence. He's also revolted by Kenny's plan to get a blowjob from Tammy.
- Forced into Evil: The Jonas Brothers don't mean any harm. They just want to make music and they do the whole purity ring campaign because they are forced to by Mickey Mouse. After their concert at the end is ruined they leave the studios.
- Funeral Cut: After Kenny's girlfriend Tammy finally agrees to go to T.G.I. Friday's to give him a blowjob. Cut to Kenny's funeral where Father Maxi tells everyone that syphilis is still a deadly disease.
- Gosh Darn It to Heck!: After filming the music video for "I've Got a Ring", the Jonas Brothers try to storm off the set, but since they don't swear, they have to use minced oaths:Joe: This is bullhockey!
Nick: Yeah, we've had it, goshdurnit! - Heroic BSoD: Kenny becomes a dull, empty shell thanks to the purity ring and only finds joy in watching boring programs. Seeing Kenny obsessing over a DVD set of Grey's Anatomy convinces the other boys to stop the purity ring scheme.
- Instantly Proven Wrong: One of the girls chosen to go backstage at the Jonas Brothers concert thinks they were chosen to give blowjobs to the Jonas Brothers. Tammy and a few other girls say there is no way they will do that. Then the brothers appear and every girl pops her mouth open into an "O" shape.
- Jerkass Has a Point: Cartman warns Kenny that getting a blowjob from Tammy could cause him to catch syphilis, even if he uses a condom, since he claims that girls' mouths are full of germs.Cartman: Just because you have condoms doesn't mean you're safe, Kenny! - Kindness Ball: The episode is one where Cartman doesn't do anything remotely selfish or self-centered. He warns Kenny against getting fellatio and gets pissed off at the effect the purity rings have on Kenny.
- Mean Boss: Mickey Mouse responds to the Jonas Brothers complaining about the ethics of purity rings by physically beating the crap out of one of them so badly he's left bruised and bloody.
- My Girl Is a Slut: Kenny is utterly ecstatic after learning that Tammy is a total slut and quickly schemes to get a blowjob from her.
- Pet the Dog: Cartman is actually acting on his heroic side this time since he's absolutely disgusted upon finding out that Kenny's girlfriend, Tammy Warner, is a total slut. - Real Life Writes the Plot: One of the animators told Trey and Matt that her daughter actually said to her "My giney tingles" when she took her to see the Jonas Brothers in concert. The two men thought it was too funny to not put into the show.
- Roaring Rampage of Revenge: Mickey Mouse goes on a massive one when the Jonas Brothers' Concert bombs, floating above the streets of Denver and breathing fire on its citizens.
- Sexy Discretion Shot: After Tammy and Kenny take off their purity rings, Tammy suggests to Kenny they go to T.G.I. Friday's to have a blowjob, greatly exciting him. However, the scene of Kenny dying from syphilis from having a blowjob occurs offscreen.

- Would Hurt a Child: Mickey threatens the boys with a chainsaw under the impression that they were sent from Dreamworks or Micheal Eisner to sabotage the concert.
