• Deal with the Devil: Medusa offers a Deal to the DWMA; she will provide the academy the location of Arachaphobia's headquaters and give them the real Brew. what she gets in exchange is different, in the manga she asks to rescue Crona from Arachnae, whom she claims was kidnapped, in the anime, she asks for total immunity from the academy, never to be hunted again.
• Enemy Mine: Medusa teams up with the DWMA to take down Arachnophobia, even giving them BREW to gain their trust. She claims to be doing this to rescue Crona, but is really only out to take Arachnes body for herself, as well as take down a powerful enemy of hers.
• Mama Bear: Medusa claims to only be willing to work with the DWMA because Arachne kidnapped Crona and she just wants them safe and sound. she's lying to get them to take down arachnophobia and steal Arachne's body for herself, and just to mess with Maka
