- Cruel and Unusual Death: When Wario thinks Meta Knight is trying to make a move on Samus, he threatens him with the most bizarre fate possible.Wario: If you even try anything, I'll break you in half, swallow one half in one gulp, and get the second half stuffed for my trophy collection!
- Dark and Troubled Past: Link. Poor guy only went insane because everyone expected him to live up to the legends of him defeating Ganon, and the only one who offered him the chance to break free from that mold was Ganondorf himself.
- Easily-Overheard Conversation: It's here that Wario and Meta Knight learn of Samus' mission to capture Bowser.
- Evil Feels Good: Link, once he decided to stick with Ganondorf.
- Fully-Embraced Fiend: Link admits that he enjoys the freedoms that being a villain provides.
- He Knows Too Much: Samus and the others planned to off Wario and Meta Knight for eavesdropping. It's only when Mario arrives that they back off due to there now being another witness to deal with.
- Inconsistent Coloring: The thumbnail for the Episode shows Link in his trademark green tunic. The episode itself however had Link wearing a light blue tunic, which he was wearing in the episode prior.

- You Leave Her Alone!: Wario thinks Meta Knight is trailing Samus because he's in love with her. Wario makes Meta Knight swear that he won't get with her, and even threatens him in the process.
