A dying Majin is sent to defeat the Gingamen in perhaps his final battle, unaware that Battabos and Biznella are using him to revive Daitanix.
Episode Tropes:
- The Bad Guy Wins: Battabos and Biznella successfully use Degius as a sacrifice and use the cosmic energy inside the Majin to revive Daitanix.
- Beyond Redemption: Degius believes he is too far gone to redeem himself as he killed too many people while under the Balban Army's orders.
- In the Back: Biznella shoots a needle full of Balban Extract into Deigus' back to forcibly grow the latter.
- Noble Demon: Degius is an honorable member of the Majin Corps, respecting his opponent's skills and refusing to do Battabos' dirty work. Even Hikaru has a hard time seeing Degius as a villain, as the latter fought like a warrior.
- O.O.C. Is Serious Business: Normally, Battabos is affable towards his Majin Corps and is usually patient enough to let by gones be by gones. But with the one chance to revive Daitanix slipping away due to Degius' refusal to play by the rules, he gets frustrated and takes matters into his own hands
- Sacrificial Lion: Degius is sent on a suicide mission to absorb cosmic energy in order to revive Daitanix. Degius refuses to do so on his own terms, wanting a final fight against the Gingamen, but Biznella forces him to fight against his will near the end of the episode.
- Weapon Tombstone: At the end of the episode, Hikaru uses Degius' sword as a makeshift tombstone to honor the fallen Majin.
- Wham Episode: After thirty-nine episodes of failures, the Balban Army finally reawakens Daitanix.
