They're doomed.

Quinn and Stormy are trapped in a cave, unable to get out thanks to a shark circling menacingly around the exit. Their air will run out in ten minutes. The shark is ravenous after eating a trail of rabbit carcasses. And Sealab is (somehow) on fire.

In other words, they're screwed.

Quinn suspects Stormy had something to do with Sealab being on fire, since it had to have started in the reactor room and Stormy was on reactor duty (despite being unqualified), and of course he and Quinn happened to be outside Sealab when disaster hit.

Stormy manages to miss the point of Quinn's questions, and claims that since everyone else is already dead, he and Quinn are now best friends. And also that yelling was just using Quinn's oxygen faster.

After an interruption when the shark tries to get through the hole, Quinn finds out why Stormy dragged him out here: cave drawings. Stormy tries to play it off as a big historical find, but Quinn can tell right away that Stormy drew it. For starters, the paint's still wet. For another, Stormy's paint can floats by.

Quinn considers committing suicide and letting the shark eat him. Stormy suggests they distract the shark by giving him the last bloody rabbit carcass. Quinn hits him with it, and it soon escalates into threats to shiv each other for the other's oxygen tank.

There is suddenly a Hope Spot as it appears that the shark has gone away. Just as they try to make a break for the surface, though, the shark comes back. Unfortunately, even if they could escape now, there's not enough air in the oxygen tanks to make it to the surface.

As Quinn and Stormy wait for death, Stormy expresses regret that this chain of events happened, and that since Quinn yelled so much, he'll probably die thirty seconds before Stormy. He starts hyperventilating to try to go at the same time as Quinn. Quinn stops him, but appreciates the gesture. They hold hands as the air runs out of their tanks and express hope that they'll see each other in the afterlife. Stormy's last words are him asking Quinn what is the deal with black men and turtlenecks.

The Stinger: As they die, their souls start floating up until they reach heaven. They reunite with the rest of Sealab, and find out Heaven is full of dead hookers. The best part? The hookers are free!

Tropes associated with this episode:

Never My Fault: Everything, from Sealab's destruction, to his and Quinn's current predicament, is clearly Stormy's fault, as Quinn does not hesitate to call him out on it, but until the end, Stormy is completely oblivious to why.

Only One Afterlife: How else could Sparks (an immoral con-artist), Stormy (who was responsible for everyone else's death), and all the hookers make it to heaven?
