The Bottle Episode. Barring the end, the episode is nothing but a shot of Sealab with the occasional fish swimming by.
The power has gone out at Sealab, meaning it's pitch black inside and they can't see anything, and they have no flashlights to aid them since Murphy has a flashlight phobia.
Over the course of the blackout, Debbie discovers Murphy went through her panty drawer to find and destroy the flashlight within, Sparks trolls Stormy into thinking he's blind, everyone discovers a man named Thomas who sounds like Wally Gator, and Stormy accidentally blows himself and the entire pod he's in up by lighting a lighter.
Finally, Murphy reveals he's been in the generator room the entire time and turns it on. Quinn, however, questions why he was in there in the first place. Murphy declares "there can be only none!", takes a battleax to the generator, and blows up Sealab again.
Except it was all a training video in the readiness seminar everyone (including the real Wally Gator) is attending. A bored Stormy lights a cigarette and blows up Sealab for real.
The Stinger: Everyone is going through sensitivity training, and Murphy proudly shows off a giant coffee mug with a naked lady as the handle.
