Electricity and water do not mix.

Quinn is relaxing in the water, enjoying the fact that he doesn't have work for three more hours. Stormy comes by with a brand new hair dryer and, in a moment of stupidity, throws it in the water, electrocuting Quinn.

What follows is about eleven minutes of surrealism as Quinn goes through altered states of consciousness: he hallucinates that he's a fish who explodes when captured by a diver, and that Marco and Murphy are quoting Apocalypse Now. Then Quinn's eaten by a whale and turns into a white chubby child star named Chubby Cox and meets a talking seal named Stinky Pete. Just as he begins to come to, Stormy drops a defibrillator in the pool, thinking it will revive Quinn.

In the next series of hallucinations, Debbie takes photographs of Dolphin Boy for a teen magazine specializing in husky stars, which the orphans are reading. One of them gets the idea to use a contest to lure Chubby Cox down to Sealab so they can hold him for ransom, while Stinky Pete evades a shark. Sparks finds that so funny that he farts while he laughs and then his head explodes. Meanwhile, in the reactor room, Hesh is disappointed that Carl doesn't want to drive his go-kart and he and another crewmember decide to play 'the hammer game' and bash the consoles with a hammer.

Quinn comes to again to see Stormy holding a homemade Tesla coil. He asks Stormy if he's really that stupid enough to drop it in the water. After a pause, Stormy does just that, electrocuting Quinn again.

The Stinger: Brett Butler, Quinn's voice actor (and still drawn as Quinn) gives a PSA about not mixing electricity and water.
