A bored Murphy decides to hire a Feng Shui designer named Master Lu to redesign Sealab on the taxpayer's dime. However, Master Lu is really a scam artist planning to take Murphy for all he has. As more of the crew members fall under his thrall, Master Lu makes design choices that threaten Sealab, such as removing the vaporators that convert saltwater into air. Quinn calls Interpol and discovers that he's wanted for fraud, theft by fraud and murder, but not before Sealab starts succumbing to nitrogen narcosis, and not before Stormy ponders if they're really characters in a video game.
Master Lu is about to leave with all the money he could soak from Sealab (and a deed to Sealab itself) when the crew members confront him about his criminal past. He reveals that they never mentioned that he could float and glow mystically either. Marco is the only one brave enough to confront Master Lu...
The Stinger: ...and it turns out Stormy was right. The entire episode was a video game being played by Master Shake and Meatwad. Shake, furious that Meatwad is beating him, breaks the video game and then everything else he could get his hands on, including the 7030 and Williams Street logos.
