When three women are killed at a lawyer's office, 20 Squad are in a race against time as as a misogynistic gunman carries out mass shootings against women. Luca tries to solve a murder in his neighbourhood with Marcos' reluctant help, and Lynch tries to recruit Chris for an initiative.

- Red Herring: The first suspect for the mass shooting at the lawyer's office was an ex-husband whose wife was represented at the custody hearing for their kids by the murdered lawyer, and who made some pretty serious death threats against the victim. Unfortunately, his alibi checks out.
- After the second mass shooting at a sorority house, one of the survivors accuses a guy who didn't take being dumped by one of the victims particularly well. He's proven to be innocent after they find him in bed with a woman who insists they've been together all day (though S.W.A.T. still arrest him for recording sex without the woman's consent).
- Marcos initially assumes his friend Benjamin has been murdered by a rival gang as Revenge by Proxy, but as Luca explains after the suspect is arrested, Benjamin was killed by his new girlfriend's jealous ex, who wanted to eliminate the competition.
- Straw Misogynist: The gunman targets women based on posts he reads from an incel chatroom.
