Mario and friends go on a bus trip but fate (and Mario's 'specialness') has a different plan for them.
Mario and co go on a field trip aboard the school bus. Should be an easy task, right? Well...
- Bait-and-Switch: When the class is confronted by a pack of bears, Shroomy looks like he's going to be wiping out several bears. Not long after killing one bear, however, he immediately gets attacked by another, rendering his attempt void.
- Berserk Button: Shroomy has a new one: bears, due to what happened three episodes ago.
- Call-Back: Thanks to his intense mauling by bears back in "Mario Waits For The Bus", Shroomy has gained a burning hatred for them now.
- Calling Your Bathroom Breaks: Mario keeps screaming that he has to piss, eventually causing the bus to crash after he starts yelling such in Swag's ear.
- Everyone Has Standards: Despite claiming to be a weapon of mass destruction for the military, Swag is uncomfortable with Shroomy forcing him to run over a bear.
- Given Name Reveal: The bully who has been harassing Melony while simultaneously training her? His name is Niles.
- Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Niles is established to be this, being serious when there's danger imminent.
- Life Saving Misfortune: Downplayed since no one died, but since Bob and Boopkins fell off the bus, they didn't have to deal with bears. Well, that would be the case for Bob if he didn't consider hiking home with Boopkins a Fate Worse than Death.
- Made of Iron: No one who was attacked by a bear seems to have received any serious injuries, especially Shroomy, who was mauled by a bear the realistic way... again.
- Manchild: Mario is this to the point he requires two babysitters to keep him under control. And even then not even Saiko could contain his rowdy behavior.
- Not Quite Dead: The green gummi bear survived Melony's attack on him and abducted Mario when no one was paying attention.
- Oh, Crap!: Saiko when she realizes they forgot about Mario as they continued to drive.
- Only Sane Man: Swag is this once again, being the only only one to be smart enough not to combat bears.
- O.O.C. Is Serious Business: You know Shroomy's pissed when he goes psychotic without turning purple.
- Potty Emergency: Mario has to piss the moment after the bus gets going and whines about it for most of the episode. He gets to go after the bus crashes.
- Skewed Priorities: Saiko would much rather strangle Mario than help Melony save Bob and Boopkins from falling off the bus.
- Something We Forgot: After Melony defeated the bears, everyone got back in the bus and continued driving. Unfortunately, at some point in-between the bears' defeat and leaving, the green bear abducted Mario and took him to his lair.
- Torment by Annoyance: Defied. Mario tries to annoy Tari by making sounds with his mouth. Not only is she amused by this, she joins in with mouth movements of her own.
