Recap / SM G4s Mario Bloopers If Mario Was In Simulator Games

Go To

Mario tries out different simulator games to find a job he's good at... oh boy.

The gang want to get Mario a job, so Karen has him partake in a job simulator to help him find whatever suits him the most. Hilarity Ensues.

Tropes:

  • Excuse Plot: There's not much of a plot in this episode, aside from the short setup of Mario's friends trying to get him a job and the ending tying it together.
  • Groin Attack: When Mario attaches jumper cables to a cow’s udders, the cow turns the tables by attaching them to Mario’s balls and turning the power on. Cue bright sparks and Mario in pain.
  • Jaywalking Will Ruin Your Life: In the "Goat Simulator" segment, no sooner then Goat!Mario puts so much as a hoof on the road then a swarm of police cars, led by none other than Hal Monitor, surround him and prepare to gun him down. Fortunately, Mario quickly dispatches them and escapes.
  • Minor Insult Meltdown: During the "Rock Simulator" segment, Rock!Mario disguises himself as God and tells Wario that he will never get any women in his life, causing the latter to run away in tears.
  • Screw This, I'm Outta Here: When Rock told Rock!Mario that rocks don't eat; he decides to call it quits and fly away with his jetpack.
  • "Shaggy Dog" Story: After Mario fails miserably at every single job he attempts, Karen decides to give him the job of "Chief Idiot of the Mushroom Kingdom"—which is essentially the same thing he's always done, except with a badge. Mario is happy with it anyway.
  • Shout-Out: As Mario leaves the train station after Heavy failed to get onto the train, he is later seen on the tracks ahead of the train about to pull off an End Of The Line, only for Heavy to utter a very familiar line with perfect subtitles.
    Heavy: Doo Yooh Rhemnmmembhur vodka?
    Mario: Sphaghetti.
  • Too Dumb to Live: The Heavy, furious that he both missed the train and got taunted by Mario, tries to block the train's path to beat him up, a lá End of the Line… only without Medic giving him the Ubercharge, with predictable results. Even Mario calls him a dumbass for getting such a reckless idea once he's run him over.
  • "YEAH!" Shot: The episode ends with a direct Shout-Out to The Spongebob Squarepants Movie's final shot, complete with a cover of "Ocean Man".

After Mario attached a jumper cable to its udder to help with milking it, one of the cows attaches the jumper cable to Mario's groin and turns it on. Cue lots of bright sparks and Mario screaming.
