After an experiment gone wrong leaves Mario paralyzed from the neck down, all he has to do is not move until help arrives. Simple, right…?
- Brick Joke: In "If Mario Was In Friday Night Funkin' 2", the ending card reveals that Daddy Dearest and Mommy Mearest were shot down for invading Mushroom Kingdom airspace. Given what Swag does to Mario in this episode, it's likely that the one who shot them down was Swag.Chris: What the hell is that?

- The promo marks the first time we've seen the entire Anti-Cast together (sans SMG3 and Anti-Shroomy) in a while. More specifically, among them was the Weegee Doll, who has mostly been used as a prop and/or a background character from WotFI 2020 to now. Keep in mind that it's been at least a year.
- Dr. Pootis properly makes a reappearance in this episode, even retaining his Heavy Weapons Guy voice.
- Butt-Monkey: Mario is this the whole video due to being unable to move because he might kill himself if he does.
- The Dog Bites Back: After Mario tried to use Toad to see "if Toads can fly," Toad took advantage of Mario being unable to move and sent him flying out of the castle, setting off the events of the episode.Toad: REVENGE!
- Gag Nose: Mario stretches out his nose a lot to move around throughout the episode since he can't really move any other part of his body other than his neck.
- Handicapped Badass: Despite the huge amounts of abuse Mario receives in the episode, any normal person wouldn't have gotten as far as he did if they were in his situation.
- Laser-Guided Karma: While Toad did have a reason to be pissed at Mario for using him as an experiment against his will, using his strecher as a skateboard out of petty revenge and sending him flying out of the castle was a pretty low move. By the end of the episode, guess who Mario crashes into when he reaches the hospital?
- Noodle Incident: Why did Toad decide on a penis transplant?
- Sudden Downer Ending: Mario makes it to the hospital... only to end up getting a penis transplant instead.
- Yank the Dog's Chain: Mario manages to get himself to the hospital... but he lands in a room where Toad was going to get a penis transplant. Worse, since Mario crashed into him and knocked him away, the doctor assumes that he was the one who ordered the transplant, much to the hapless plumber's horror.
