The Mario Purge:
- Attack! Attack... Retreat! Retreat!: Saiko insists on letting the Teletubbies in so she can take them on, and when the Teletubbies do get in, she gets in a fighting pose. But when they outnumber her with their weapons, she hesitates, and Tari has to drag her away.
- Ass Shove: As the two Teletubbies chasing after Luigi and SMG4 approach them, the red one bluntly breaks the tension by stating that the calculator they're holding is going up SMG4's butt.
- Beware the Nice Ones: This is the first time Tari has shown genuine anger. After her beloved rubber duck is destroyed, she gets the idea to spray alcohol on the Teletubbies and light them on fire. Tari's throw was bad, but the intent is still there.
- Big "WHAT?!": Mario has a JonTron "WHAT!?" when the moment the Purge ends, the Teletubbies stop being violently evil and dance away as if nothing even happened.
- Cerebus Retcon: The reason why the Teletubbies, who were originally portrayed as trigger-happy and violent race of freaks, seem more sane and can even hold jobs? It's because every year, by letting Tubbies commit crimes for 12 hours, it actually decreases Tubby crime rate.
- Death Glare: With the exception of Boopkins, everyone gives this look to Bob when he reveals what he did to make the Teletubbies angry. Even Tari.
- Even Evil Has Standards: One Tubbie can only react with mild disappointment when Saiko douses them with her wine.I can't believe you've done this.
- Everyone Has Standards: Saiko thinks she may not be so psychotic compared to the Teletubbies.
- Face Palm: Saiko when Tari couldn't throw the torch at the Teletubbies.
- Failed a Spot Check: Mario has apparently forgotten the existence of the Purge, even though SMG4 states that they do this every year.
- Groin Attack: Rather than deal with Mario's teleporting antics, the Teletubby chasing after him promptly shoots Mario in the scrotum to knock him off the trees.
- Halloween Episode: It's even in the title.
- Just in Time: Just before Po and the other Teletubbies can start torturing Bob and the main cast, the alarm beeps 7:00, ending the Purge. Cue all of the Teletubbies ditching their weapons and masks before dancing away as if nothing every happened. Mario's the only one who sees anything wrong with it.
- Karma Houdini: Since this is the Purge we're talking about, all Tubby crime is legal, and as such, they get little comeuppance other than the fact that Po failed to kill Bob, who started the whole thing.
- Let Them Die: No one is willing to let Bob in besides Tari and Boopkins- and even then, Tari's only concerned for his safety. Considering all the trouble he caused and his many, many bad deeds, one could see why Toad and Mario were totally against allowing Bob to enter.Toad: Screw that guy. He'd never do the same for us!
Mario: Yeah! He tried to kill Mario and Luigi when there was a zombie apocalypse!
Saiko: Ugh, screw him! I wanna smash some losers!
SMG4: You guys hear something? - Lost Food Grievance: Bob caused all of the problems by kicking away Po's bowl of tubby custard, that she presumably just made. He calls it the "most badass illegal thing you could ever think of".
- "Oh, Crap!" Smile: Tari when her plan to stop the Teletubbies fails.
- Police Are Useless: Justified Example. When SMG4 and Luigi are cornered by the Teletubbies, they frantically try calling the police for help. They aren't able to do so because, since it's the Purge, the Police aren't online.
- Rewarded as a Traitor Deserves: As an attempt to avoid getting killed by a Teletubby, Toad tries to ally with one. It seems that Toad will get off lucky, only to get face-planted multiple times.
- Roundabout Shot: Bob and Boopkins have one when the former is allowed into the castle.
- Starter Villain: The Teletubbies for the Rapper Bob Arc.
- Too Dumb to Live: A panicking Luigi and SMG4 try to call the police. During The Purge. Funnier still, Luigi forgets the phone number.
- Two Girls to a Team: Saiko and Tari are the only two females in Peach's Castle trying to survive the purge. Everyone else is male.
- Undying Loyalty: Boopkins opens the gate for Bob to enter the barricaded castle despite no one else wanting to help Bob out. Even when the Teletubbies come for Bob and threaten the safety of the rest of the gang if they don't give him up, Boopkins is unwilling to let Mario retrieve Bob for them.
- Whole-Plot Reference: To The Purge films, specifically the plot of the first one.
