- Kick the Dog: Darlene insults both her parents who are suffering from obesity, "Aww, face it! You're both tanks!"
- Never My Fault: Roseanne blames Darlene for making her get so fat in the first place. Darlene asks if she invented double-Dutch chocolate cake.
