All for Nothing: Subverted. After Kagome is defeated, all of the math knowledge she pumped into his head disappeared, leaving him terrified over the test. He passes anyway.
Faux Affably Evil: Inner Moka calls Kagome for what she is; a small-minded narcissist that calls her sadistic games "educational guidance."
Fighting from the Inside: While under Kagome's spell, Tsukune will occasionally try to fight it, mentioning Moka and clutching his head in pain. Kagome calls them "impure thoughts" and punishes him for it.
Freud Was Right: Math for Kagome seems to be interchangeable with sex (or at least is her ultimate kink), dressing up as a Dominatrix during their "tutoring sessions" and lewdly rubs against Tsukune as he mindlessly spouts equations.
Kick the Dog: Kagome shames Tsukune and Moka for their tutoring sessions, accusing them of goofing off rather than actually studying. Later, she rips apart the study journal Moka had prepared for Tsukune.
Madness Mantra: Played for Laughs. During the Newspaper Club's study session, Mizora has nothing but Tsukune's name written in her notebook consecutively.
Marshmallow Hell: Kagome does this with Tsukune when she offers to tutor him.
Snake People: Kagome is a lamia; her true form is a human upper-half and a serpentine lower-half with a Flower Mouth at the tip that she uses to feed off of Tsukune and pump knowledge into his head.
