Adults Are Useless: Nekonome goes to the Director to try and stop Tsukune from being executed, but he tells her that not only is he not going to stop it, but he forbids her from helping at all. His reasoning boils down to Because Destiny Says So.
And There Was Much Rejoicing: When the rest of Yokai Academy see the defeated Kuyo, they, believing that Tsukune was the one who defeated him, openly cheer him on for finally putting the corrupt Student Police leader in his place and declare him their hero.
Hellhound: One of the Committee members is revealed to be a wolf-monster with three heads.
Hypocrite: As he's beating on Moka, Kuyo lists all the ways humans are Always Chaotic Evil, when really all the things he claims humans apply to himself as well.
One-Winged Angel: Kuyo's second-monster form is a mix of his human form and his monster form, a Bishōnen Line humanoid fox-monster with blue flames.
Status Quo Is God: Downplayed. Kurumu, Yukari, Mizore, Ginei and Rubi still know that Tsukune is a human, but the rest of Yokai Academy didn't see their fight against Kuyo and assume Tsukune was the one who beat him, thus "proving" to the rest of the school that he's a monster.
Superhuman Transfusion: Inner Moka injects some of her blood into the badly wounded Tsukune in the hopes that her Healing Factor would work on him. It does.
What the Hell, Hero?: When the Director refuses to stop Kuyo from executing Tsukune and forbids Nekonome from doing anything about it as well, she wastes no time in chewing him out over it, especially since the entire point of Yokai Academy is to support human-monster coexistence.
You Said You Would Let Them Go: When Tsukune makes the last request is to let his friends go, Kuyo promises mercy by making their deaths quick and painless.
