As previously agreed, Filip has invited Tino and Bobi to his grandfather's apartment and they're jamming it. However, a neighbor is angry about the noise and calls Filip's father, prompting the boys to flee while Filip's grandpa covers for them.

At school, Savov asks Marinova out so they can fix things, but Dimitrova starts hitting on him, ruining things. Cekov appoints Savov as head of Filip and Ani's class in place of the previous teacher. At midday, the three aspiring musicians discuss finding a new rehearsal room, while Bobi hits on Ani with something Tino made.

In the evening, Tino and Lily's mother prepares for a visit by her boorish boyfriend, Pepi (Peter), whom her children resent for making her feel miserable. They snub him when he arrives.

The next day, Tino, Bobby and Filip check out a few rooms to rent, without success. The parents then attend a teacher-parent meeting at the school. Savov gets the attention of a lot of mothers, while Pesheva berates Tino and Bobby's mothers for their sons' misconduct. Bobby's mother deflects the accusations so the blame falls on Tino as the main troublemaker and Pesheva recommends a father figure. Tino comes home to a disappointed mother who won't hear his side of the story and warns him to behave or else Pepi will move in.

The day after that, Tino and Bobby complain they are grounded and signed into the school choir, respectively, so Filip will have to check some places to rent by himself. Filip negotiates rent with some shady owner who offers him weed, pays forward and goes home.

After dark, Bobby films some melodramatic clip in the park with Rosen, the local camera enthusiast, so he gets caught by the cops for underage drinking. Tino has to pay a modest sum to bail him out, but comes back home through the window and is seen by his mother, meaning she'll have her boyfriend move in to discipline him.

The next day, Filip goes to arange things with his new landlord who chases him out. Filip decides to stay and grt his money back, wasting his whole day. The landlord tries to throw him out again when he has business with some associate of his, only to have to explain to him that it's some kids renting a room for rehearsals. The associate, introducing themselves as 'Quicksilver', arranges another deal with him for a full-time renting of a garage. Filip likes the place and Quicksilver warns him not to touch the couch.

Meanwhile, Tino and Ani bail Bobby out of his "unpleasant" time at the choir. Ani is then mugged by anither girl in the lady's restroom who takes her silver chain and then plays innocent. Cekov leaves the case to Savov who resolves himself to talk to Ani's father. Later Filip takes Bobby, Tino, Ani and Lily to the garage and they start cleaning it up to set up the rehearsal room. Ani tries to get Tino to kiss her, but despite himself he acts rude to her, because Bobby is the one who called dibs on her.

Savov meets with Ani's father at a bar who explains that Ani was angry because the girl took her late mother's chain (true) and that Ani would not have been aggressive otherwise. Savov then goes on a date with Marinova at the mall, but there he sees "Ani's father" with two kids, none of whom is Ani, and realises she lied.

On the way home Lily chides her brother for not kissing Ani and hints at him that it's nit Bobby that Ani wants. They come home to a dinner table at which their mother and Pepi are waiting. He just moved in and comforts Maria that it'll work.

At the garage, Quicksilver comes with another associate to sell drugs. He pulls some stash of weed from under the couch's cushions. Meanwhile, Pepi assumes the role of a stern stepfather, roughing Tino up to get him to behave "normally". Maria is grateful.

Tropes:

  • Bathroom Stall Graffiti: Ani has to distract the music teacher to bail Bobby out of singing class, so she makes up a lie that some of those were found at the girls' restroom mentioning the teacher.
  • Hot Teacher: Savov has to deal with a whole new level of this, what with about 20-30 mothers of his students asking for his number during the meeting.
  • Emergency Impersonation: Ani gets a random man to impersonate her father when her teacher wants to meet him, because her real father is an abusive and inadequate alcoholic.
  • "It" Is Dehumanizing: A comedic example. When an angry neighbor asks Filip's grandfather to stop making noise:
    Tino: Who's that?
Grandpa Săbi: Not who, but what! That's your auntie Dora. She was a wacko when she was young too, but at least she was pretty.
  • Terrible Interviewees Montage: The boys go through a version of this when they check out rooms to rent. They go through a mouldy stage hall, an owner with an angry guard dog, a noisy basement where woodworking is done, a ceiling full of pigeons (Fipo is allergic to feathers), a trigger-happy sleazy owner and more.
  • Totally Radical: Tino and Lily resent Pepi's attempts to appeal to them by calling them "youngsters" or trying to get them to call him "uncle" or "big bro".
Tino: Okay, bro. We have to study.
