After Rigby discharges a stray energy blast in the station (though thankfully not hitting anyone), Rawls puts Rigby on probation until he learns how to be safe. When Rigby ask for a faster method then reading the manual, Rawls summons the Tree Dome's mascot, Spacey McSpacetree, an humanoid tree who promotes safety. However his methods end up driving Rigby crazy.
Tropes:
- Continuity Nod: To Fries Night when Rawls threatens to take away Rigby's food truck privileges which horrifies him since it means he won't get to have any of Roxy's french fries.
- Moose and Maple Syrup: The Canadians constantly saying "eh" and much emphasis being put on their pronunciation of "sorry" is a Running Gag.
- Oh, Crap!: Rigby and Spacey when the test machine comes to life and attacks them unless Rigby can answer the remaining questions.
- Sanity Slippage: Rigby after spending time with Spacey and his safety examples.
- Screw This, I'm Out of Here!: After yet another soda spill accident at the end (this time caused by Muscle Man), Spacey decides to just head back to cryo-sleep.
- Tempting Fate: Spacey tells Rigby never to leave a soda cup on the edge of a desk, unless it spills and cause Disaster Dominoes. Rigby initially doesn't believe him...until Benson walks into the room and slips on the soda followed by Pops carrying a tray of tea.
