Continuing from last season's finale Rigby's Graduation Day Special, the Park crew (plus Eileen, who unwittingly was launched with them when she was at the Park house preparing for Rigby's graduation party) find themselves drifting in space inside the Park Dome after being ordered to push the red button. Turns out, they're not the only ones as several other parks around the world likewise have begun to lift off into space as well. After an initial bout of panic, the crew try to work together to see if they can get a signal to Earth and call for help.

- Be Careful What You Wish For: Muttered by Eileen when she see the park drifting through space.Eileen: (While viewing the space outside the dome) Be careful what you write in your dream journal Eileen, you might just get it.
- Chekhov's Skill: While searching for supplies, Mordecai and Rigby come across space carts and fly around in them. Later on, they have to use one to get to a satellite to get a phone signal.
- Cliffhanger: The episode ends with the crew having received a text from the brief minutes they managed to get a signal telling them to "Trust No One" and a spaceship headed for the park dome.
- Continuity Nod:
- When Mordecai tries to get everyone to calm down, he mentions they managed to pull through in the dome before, referencing the events of The Dome Experiment.
- In response to Benson's usual tirading after being launched into space, Rigby slugs him in the face like Mordecai did in Eggscellent.
- When Pops and Eileen search the house's walk in freezer, they find the frozen Gregg and his girlfriend, Diane, from the season 4 ep, Caveman.
- The Dog Bites Back: After years of putting up with Benson, Rigby finally strikes back and punches him in the face.
- Eiffel Tower Effect: In the opening montage of news reports about parks across the world launching into space, the one in India takes place in front of the Taj Mahal.
- Get A Hold Of Yourself Man: Mordecai to everyone when they start panicking after the park drifts off into space.
- Hope Spot: Eileen manages to rig up a device that could get them a phone signal, but it breaks down as soon as it activates.
- Last-Second Word Swap: When discussing about their predicament, Rigby finds it not so bad, mentioning that he has Eileen and Mordecai has...Rigby.
- Never My Fault: As Benson blames Rigby for getting the Park employees in space, Rigby says to Benson that he also pushed the button on strict orders.Benson: Thanks for getting us stuck in space, Rigby!
Rigby: You pushed that button, too!
Benson: Your hand was on top of mine!
Rigby: I was just goin' with the flow!
Benson: "GOING WITH THE FLOW"? I'll show you going with the flow!
(Benson shoves Rigby. Rigby clears his throat and shrugs at Mordecai with a smug smile, followed by punching Benson in the face.) - Oh, Crap!:
- Eileen when she realizes the dome is getting farther and farther away from Earth. Shown when she shows the crew the selfies she took.
- Muscle Man and Fives when they try to go out into space to save Mordecai and Rigby and accidentally jettison their air supply.
- That's No Moon: Or rather what the crew think is the sun setting when really it's a ship blocking out the sun and coming toward their dome.
