Simmons' diverts from his mission to steal the Blues' tank, and Church and Tucker take extreme measures for the chopper.

Call-Back: Grif is scared to climb the wall because there are birds circling him, with him screaming what he did to anger them. This is just like his real world counterpart in the "Relocated" mini-series when he was forced to climb Red Base.
Godzilla Threshold: Church becomes so desperate to use the chopper that he offers to give his sniper rifle to Tucker.
Imagine Spot: Lopez has one at the end when he imagines using the tank to murder everyone else in Blood Gulch (except Caboose).
"Shaggy Dog" Story: Thanks to Simmons stealing it, none of the Blues get to use the chopper. Simmons crashes the chopper into the wall, revealing...another wall. Sarge declares the case closed.
Why Don't You Just Shoot Him?: Lopez suggests Simmons just shoot the Blues with the sniper rifle instead of spying on them with the scope, but Simmons doesn't understand him.
