Chapter 14
Washington and the Reds and Blues try to figure out how to infiltrate Command, and Caboose might have a plan.
This episode has examples of:
- Dumbass Has a Point: Caboose actually manages to come up with a good plan, saying they can infiltrate Freelancer Command using a "Freelancer car", since if they show up in one of their vehicles they will think they are one of them and just let them in. When Washington points out that none of the Reds and Blues look like Freelancers or Recovery Agents, Caboose just says "They can't see inside of a tank", suggesting everyone who can't disguise themselves just hide in the tank and follow the Warthog. Church is promptly very disturbed by Caboose coming up with an idea that actually works.
- Foreshadowing: When Church explains that the other AI are copied from the Alpha, Simmons rebukes, "You can't copy an AI!". And the next few episodes will show he's right.
- Properly Paranoid: When Washington gets nervous about how easy Caboose's plan is working out, Church assures him he's being paranoid. The episode ends with the shot of the Meta riding the tank the others are using.
