The Triplets' "mission" turns out to be anything but. However, they meet another group of soldiers in the same boat.
Tropes:
- Break the Cutie: Poor Ohio goes through this hard when she is forced to accept that they were abandoned to die on an ice planet.
- Call-Forward: Idaho summing up the 'mission' Ohio creates for the Freelancers and Charon soldiers is virtually identical to how Simmons summed up the Blood Gulch assignment in Season 1: "Seriously? You're saying the only reason we need to be here is because they have a base over there, and the only reason they need a base is because we're here?"
- Caps Lock, Num Lock, Missiles Lock: It's said that Terrill once accidentally blew up a base trying to use a microwave because it was placed right next to the button for firing all the missiles.
- Reassigned to Antarctica: The Triplets 'mission' is basically banishment. They also meet a trio of ex-Charon soldiers who were similarly exiled.
