- Closest Thing We Got: With Tommy's mental patterns out of sync due to the singing spell, the Red Battlezord is modified to allow Adam to pilot it, but he ultimately can't control it as well as Tommy.
- Hollywood Tone-Deaf: Averted with Tommy, who is just a genuinely bad singer. Even Jason David Frank was well aware that he is no singer and had no qualms admitting it and poking fun at himself about it. And in an interview with a fan at Power Morphicon 2010, he revealed that he was hoping to — for fun and to add more comedy — just go all out and have Tommy's singing be over-the-top bad, with the actor purposely singing out of tune (basically, with no effort in even trying to sound okay or tolerable). But, the crew wouldn't let that fly.

- After the Cogs think they destroyed the Megazords, they start dancing in celebration.
- Klank casts another spell that makes the Megazords dance in the middle of battle, complete with dabbing.
