Nadira and a mutant named Klawlox kidnap Dr. Michael Zaskin, the lead scientist helping Bio-Lab research the Quantum Ranger's morpher. His daughter, Holly, enlists the help of Lucas to be her bodyguard while the other Rangers rescue her father.

- Everyone Has Standards: Eric visibly expresses disappointment over Mr. Collins never bothering to ask about Zaskin's well-being and not being particularly interested to hear he's fine.

Holly: I hope they do a better job than you. - Mugging the Monster: Lucas stumbles upon the sight of a nasty fender bender and tries to keep things calm for everybody. The angry guy whose car got hit picks a fight, leading to Lucas effortlessly tripping him up.
- Nerves of Steel: Zaskin is unmoved by Klawlox's threats.
- Pet the Dog: Lucas got Holly a teddy bear to replace the one that Klawlox fried.
- Rage Breaking Point: After Klawlox roasts Holly's teddy bear and mocks her for it, Lucas gives him a No-Holds-Barred Beatdown.
