When an adventurer uncovers a mysterious crown, two evil monsters arise to resume their feud. Now, the fate of the world and the crown rest on some individuals the adventurer recruits... but he won't let his son get involved with this dangerous affair.
Tropes
- Artistic License – Sports: During Ronny's introduction, she is shown winning the Italian Grand Prix (a Formula 1 race)... in a NASCAR car. For anyone not familiar with Formula 1, this is functionally equivalent to winning the Indy 500 in a milk float made of concrete. It doesn't happen.
- Description Cut: While Spencer thinks the Corona Aurora doesn't exist, it then cuts to Andrew Hartford finding the crown.
- Dream Intro: The series opens with Mack on an adventure where he escapes from a plane. We then see him fall out of a hammock and turns out he was just daydreaming.
- Recruiting the Criminal: Will. It's never spelled out wither or not he's a Reformed Criminal at this point. Though Andrew did hire him to break into his own building.
- Sealed Evil in a Can: Moltor and Flurious had both tried to steal the Corona Aurora in the past, and when they were judged unworthy, they were sealed away on different planets of fire and ice until the magical seal was broken by someone else finding the crown.
- Stating the Simple Solution: Rose tells Hartford that with the threat of Moltor and Flurious coming, "You're rich. Buy an army."
