Ash, Misty and Brock have reached the famous Ruins of Alph. Summoned there by a note from Professor Oak they join him and an old student of his, Foster in a facility for studying Pokémon fossils. Foster has made an amazing discovery, live prehistoric Water-type Pokémon thought to be extinct for thousands of years! - Emergency Cargo Dump: Team Rocket drift off on their balloon with all the Omanyte and Omastar but their balloon stops in mid-air, as there are too many Omanyte and Omastar on it. Meowth insists they have to jettison a few of the Pokemon to be able to move, but Jessie refuses, stating they've come to far to let any Pokemon loose. They continue to argue with poor James stuck the middle of it all.Jessie: Huh? Why've we stopped?
Meowth: I know. They're too many! I told ya not to get greedy!
James: I suppose I was a tad ambitious. Heheh.
Meowth: Save the story. (picks up an Omanyte shell) We'll have to lose a few.
Jessie: (grabs the shell and tries to yank it out of Meowth's paws) HEY! We're not throwing a single one of these away!
Meowth: They're too heavy! We can't take 'em all!
Jessie: All these Pokémon are worth something! Maybe we should throw you overboard instead!
James: I think we're in for a shell of a fight.
Wobbuffet: Woooobuffet!
Jessie: (as she and Meowth continue to argue over the shells in a tug-a-war fashion) Let go! We're keeping it! Get your grubby paws off of it, you furball! - Past Right Now: The Omanyte and Omastar were thought to be extinct.
- Running Gag: Inverted this time. When Misty gets overzealous about one of the scientists' work studying prehistoric Water Pokemon, Brock pulls her by the ear! How does it feel to get your ear pulled, Misty?Brock: Time to dry up, water girl.
