- Awesome, yet Impractical: Airachnid has a fully working cockpit in vehicle mode...which is one of the main causes of all her robot mode problems, as it makes her extremely backheavy, uses so much bulk her arms end up being spindly and flat, and and her head articulation being crippled by the seat sticking out of the back of her head. Even more so because, as TJ points out, being a Decepticon, Airachnid isn't exactly someone who'd have a human riding inside her vehicle mode.TJ: And apparently they were really proud of this look, because they decided as a gimmick, Airachnid should have opening canopy, and there's even a seat inside. And this might be neat...but this is Airachnid, it's kinda like watching the movie Titanic: you know this is not going to end well!
- Bigger Is Better: Inverted. TJ considers Airachnid's 5 dollar Legion toy far superior to her deluxe figure.
- Epic Fail: After he comments on how Hasbro's attempt to allude Airachnid's spider-walk mode, resulting in her having the same number of legs a spider has... nine.TJ Omega: "There are days where I am simply amazed that the designers able to create any robot they want out of any shape they want (animal, vehicle, object) and create a functioning toy out of the whole thing... and then there's days like today, when I honestly wonder how they tie their shoes in the morning by themselves."
- Overly Long Gag: TJ replays this segment from episode 25 several times to hammer in the point that Hasbro made a toy so bad, it made him rethink his Top 5 Worst Transformers list for a bit. It didn't affect the list in the end, but still...TJ Omega: "This is the lowest of the low. I truly believe they are not physically capable of making one as worse as any of these five. So..."
- Worst. Whatever. Ever!: While Airachnid didn't make his top Five Worst list, TJ does declare she came very close to the point of making him rethink it for awhile, and that Airachnid's arms the worst designed arms he's ever seen.
