Peg and Cat, once again dressed as Super Peg and Cat Guy, are eating ice cream on the park bench. Peg is talking about how harmonious the city is, when the Arch Villain shows up and starts trimming a hedge. Peg and Cat go over to him, but he claims he just goes by Arch and has turned good. He claims he's on a program called the "straight and narrow" that involves being near straight, narrow shapes. He then reveals that he wants everything that's curvy to be straight and everything that's wide to be narrow.
This weirds Peg out, and then Arch leaves and they hear the Teens scream. It turns out that someone cut their half pipe in half and put boards on it. Peg immediately suspects Arch, then, after a period of thought, decides to stick the half pipe together and take off the boards to fix it.
After they fix the half pipe, Chief Toad shows up, informing them of many "straight and narrow" crimes. They go past the doughnut shop to the hair salon, where Beethoven is again, this time with Richard and Aki. Beethoven reveals that he wanted a square haircut but got a triangle instead, while Richard and Aki reveal that they were expecting a mani-pedi. Peg thinks of a solution for Beethoven's hair: add two extra triangles on either side. She does so, using a rectangular hairpiece cut in two (by Aki karate-chopping it).
Arch shows up, compliments Beethoven's new hairdo, and leaves. Peg tries to pursue him, but her hat falls off, and her "Sphere of Focus" rolls away and is stolen by Arch. Ramone shows up with a solution: look for the straightest, narrowest part of the city.
Peg finds the place— the bridge, where the 100 Chickens are. When she and Cat get there, they've been stacked into a triangle. Cat then remembers that he was taught a chicken-summoning dance when he was a kitten, but he's afraid of skinning a knee, so he totally freaks out. Thankfully, he doesn't need to count backwards from five to calm down. Instead, he needs to count forwards to 100, by tens, to warm up.
Cat goes into the fray after the warm-up, and then bumps into a traffic cone, another one, falls over, bumps into the chickens, bumps into them again, falls over again, and again, bumps into another traffic cone, and lands on his head. That's all nine of his clumsy things, but there are still ten chickens left!
So, Toad steps in to protect Cat's kneesnote and finally the chickens are un-stacked.
Arch shows back and Peg persuades him in song not to flatten her Sphere of Focus. In the middle of Problem Solved, Peg tells Arch to apologise for turning things into triangles, but then he reveals he didn't do it. Then, Jessie shows up, points to the Pig, and reveals that he did it. Cat recognises the Pig as his dance instructor.
