We open the couch, but Lincoln isn't there! Instead, we have Lori, Leni, Luna, Luan, and Mr. Grouse. Lori informs us that she and the other teens (sans Lynn) have created their own adult version of the series. The others then reveal that they had to bribe Mr. Grouse with lasagna to get him to be their guest. They are going to be reading Property of Luan Loud, and after the twins get shooed off to bed, they start.
It begins with Luan narrating and getting ready for school. Already, things are looking a bit iffy: she's describing herself poetically as if the author has the hots for her— a fourteen-year-old cartoon girl! She hears scratching at the door and is confused (even though, as Lori points out, it might be Cliff). Fanfic Luan nervously, curiously opens the door to find Leni, only she's got cat ears, whiskers, a cat tail, and is saying, "Merow"!
The cat-ified Leni then jumps on Luan and starts snogging her, much to Luan's surprise and confusion. Fanfic Lisa enters and revels that it was she who turned Leni into a horny cat girl. The real Luan swears in surprise and Mr. Grouse reveals that when he was a boy and he swore, his father would wash his mouth out with soap, and then he'd kick his father in the balls.
When the cat Leni gets even more intimate, Lisa claims that "it's begun" and explains that Leni is in heat and wants to mate with Luan.
Fanfic Luan is glad to go to school, but unfortunately, Leni goes to school, too. Leni kisses Luan in her locker, steals her underpants at lunch, and finally walks in on her in the bathroom and rubs up against her again. When she gets home, Luna knows what's going on... and teases Luan about it, even calling Leni's advances cute. This ticks off the real Luna to no end.
Fanfic Luna then reveals that the only way for Leni to turn back to normal is for the two to have sex. Fanfic Luan goes to take a nap, only for Leni to come back and lie on her, which fanfic Luan seems oddly okay with. Fanfic Luna comes to tell them dinner is ready, only to get scratched by Leni.
At dinner, fanfic Leni wants to sit on Luan's lap and Lori is angry at Luan. Then, after dinner, Leni rapes Luan on the stairs. Then,Luan starts wanting Leni to be her girlfriend... no, it's not just sexual pleasure, she actually wants it. She cries at night, and in the morning, Leni is fully human again.
But, nope, they're not out of the woods yet. Fanfic Leni revealed that she'd perved on Luan and wanted to be a cat all along. And she's wearing a necklace saying she's Luan's property.
Mr. Grouse leaves, and everyone is disgusted.

- Panty Thief: Fanfic Leni steals Luan's undies while she's wearing them.
