Pound comes back from his change and brings back wipes for Pumpkin to wipe herself with that he kept in his diaper. He didn't simply ask for them for fear of raising questions. He then enigmatically states that he may have found the solution to his "diaper dereption (deleption?)note dilemma".
Pinkie Pie then exits and tells the twins that while their parents are out for their anniversary, she will take them to the mall to buy them a new toy each (and to stock up on wipes and foal powder). The twins are excited, and Pinkie feeds Gummy, then comes back with the twins' stroller, bringing their potties, wet wipes, foal powder, and extra diapers.
At the mall, Pinkie Pie tells the twins to let her know as soon as nature calls because they'll be at the mall a long time due to long lines (the mall is very busy). Pound is a bit concerned he might have to go because, while he doesn't feel like he needs to yet, it's been a while since he has. However, he reckons Pinkie is just tricking him into using his potty.
By the time Pinkie Pie has bought some wipes and foal powder, Pound needs to pee, but he still doesn't want to use his potty. When Pinkie Pie lets the twins out to find a toy each, Pound looks for something to do his business in and finds a teapot. He thinks it'd be perfect since he reckons nopony would buy it and it "looks like a miniature toilet", so he pulls down his diaper and pees into the spout. He actually enjoys it as he thinks it resembles a toilet, then goes off to look for a toy.
This chapter provides examples of
- Babysitting Episode: Pinkie Pie babysits the twins and takes them to the mall while their parents are out.
- The Diaper Change: Exploited. Pound dumps sand in his diaper so that Pinkie Pie would change him, giving him the opportunity to steal wipes for Pumpkin.
- Does Not Like Spam: Pound thinks the teapot is stupid because he doesn't like tea.
- Jar Potty: Pound pees in a teapot.
- Noodle Incident: Pound, for unknown reasons, knows why they're running low on foal powder and feels guilty about it, even though the only item he's shown stealing was the wet wipes.
- Potty Emergency: When Pound needs to pee, he thinks he'll have to move quickly once he's out of his stroller to find something to use in place of a potty.
- Unusual Euphemism: This chapter uses the fandom euphemism of "plot" for "butt" (something that's kind of out-of-place for a cute fanfic about kids because the euphemism actually comes from a meme that MLP fans lie that they watch the show for the plot but really they're zoophiles.)
