- Comical Overreacting: Being a huge narcissist, Trump treats Jake Tapper's Stylistic Suck "President Chump" cartoons as though they were threats on his life.
- Draft Dodging: Trump has a flashback showing his bone-spurs diagnosis framed as though he were a veteran.
- Enlightened Self-Interest: One of Trump's ideas is to bring all of the troops home, essentially ending America's intergenerational wars, because he doesn't want to travel to a foreign country and shake anyone's hands. Naturally, he doesn't actually do it.

- Take That!: Jake Tapper would rather cover Trump's reluctance to be around the troops instead of the Flint Water Crisis.
- Too Dumb to Live: Mike Pompeo uploads the blooper reel of their faked video, outing not only that they faked Trump's publicity stunt, but also showing Trump admit point blank that he hates the troops.
