Joe Cuppa, Lakewood Plaza Turbo's local comedian, is all washed up and jobless. K.O., Rad and an unenthusiastic Enid try to help by hiring him to work at Gar's, which is just in time for Shannon's attack on the Bodega.

- Beardness Protection Program: The day after his set, Joe Cuppa returns to the Bodega in disguise, wearing a hoodie and fake beard. Enid recognizes him immediately, but when she points it out to Rad and K.O., Rad doesn't believe her because Joe doesn't have a beard.
- Humiliation Conga: Rad goes through one at the end. First he slips on a Banana Peel, then he falls into a garbage can, which rolls down a hill and into a river, down an Inevitable Waterfall, picked up by a pteranodon, placed on top of an airplane, which does a loop, dropping him down into the ground. This causes Enid, who had refused to laugh all episode, to crack up loudly.
- No Celebrities Were Harmed: Joe Cuppa's voice and tendencies towards self-deprecating humor clearly seem to be inspired by Rodney Dangerfield.
- Non-Human Head: Joe Cuppa has a coffee mug for a head.
- Pungeon Master: Joe Cuppa's act is mostly composed of coffee puns.
- Weapons-Grade Vocabulary: Shannon finds Joe Cuppa's pun so awful, they summon a giant boxing glove that beats her up.
