After getting the call, the 118 rush to save the lives of the victims of the train derailment. Upon arriving on the scene, they discover that Abby is the one that called in the accident. Athena must deal with the fallout of her assault. Maddie and Chimney receive some shocking news and Buck gets closure about his relationship with Abby.
