• Evil Gloating: The Witch tries to do this twice as her evil plan goes into motion, but her pet cats pay her no attention.
• It's Quiet… Too Quiet: When the Witch agrees to give Jimmy a new mandolin to replace the one he accidentally dropped off a cliff, once Jimmy and Cat have been shooed out of her cottage he worriedly asks her, "That didn't seem a little too easy to you, did it?" Cat meekly replies, "Nope...?"
• Magic Music: The Witch gave a bespelled mandolin that plays disco to hypnotize those who hear it.
• My Instincts Are Showing: When she's turned back from a kitten to her normal self, Cat was in the middle of licking her foot.
• Oh, Crap!: The Witch's reaction when Cat snaps her wand in half, and she sees a group of rather irritated knights advancing on her.
• Paper-Thin Disguise: Jimmy made Cat put on a blonde wig and used the pseudonym Candy to disguise her in front of the Witch.
• Screams Like a Little Girl: The knight who returns Henri's mandolin screamed like this when it landed on his foot in a flashback. He simply mentions finding the mandolin.
