Willy finds himself on the verge of being expelled from school after a series of unfortunate events leads Principal Malfactor into believing that he is a delinquent who is banning the students together to take over the school.
This episode contains examples of the following tropes:
- Frame-Up: The episode's conflict is put into motion by Buzz repeatedly framing Willy for pranks he pulls on Principal Malfactor.
- Karma Houdini Warranty: After pinning the blame for all of his pranks on Willy and indirectly almost getting him wrongfully expelled, Buzz gets detention for a month as punishment for everything he pulled, courtesy of his own father.
- Reasonable Authority Figure: Rock shows up at Willy's review with the school board in a suit and tie to help plead Willy's case, and winds up belching fire due to the tie nearly choking him. Willy thinks for sure that he's done for, but the president of the school board surprises everyone by asking Rock for his autograph. Turns out he's not only a huge Rock Zilla fan, but an incredibly chill guy, who tells Principal Malfactor that he should go on stress leave and doesn't expel Willy. Even better, he gives Buzz a month's worth of detention for everything he put Willy through.
- Suspiciously Specific Denial: When Buzz sees Willy with the president of the school board, who just so happens to be his father, he panics, thinking Willy is tattling on him for all the pranks he pulled. He vehemently denies everything, but ultimately winds up tattling on himself. Needless to say, no one is buying his claims of innocence.Buzz: Daddy! D-Don't believe a word he says! I had nothing to do with putting donkey ears and signing Willy Zilla's name! He did it! And it wasn't me throwing water balloons at Mr. Malfactor, it was him!
