The Googenheist is the twenty-third Moshi Monsters mission and the third mission of Season Three.
Scrumpy introduces himself to you on Ooh La Lane. He suspects the museum was stolen and has not found any clues but somehow knows there are five to find. (There's an E.P.I.C.S. in the hole where the Googenheim was). Click on a giant pair of mittens on the far left (you'll have to scroll) and a little Moshling runs away. Scrumpy hands you a Monster Decoder, which you use by clicking the arrows to make the Moshling's face until it looks like the one who ran away. Scrumpy recognises it as a Moshling he knows, called Raffles. Despite calling Raffles a ruffian, Scrumpy realizes that Raffles can't be the the thief because although he steals things, he always puts them back, but maybe he saw something that they could use. When you asks where Raffles could be found, Scrumpy says that he might be at Simon Growl's art party because Raffles likes art. Find and click on a suitcase by a tree, then open your inventory (the blue pouch on the far right) and drag it onto Scrumpy. Apparently, it's locked, but they can't find a clue. There's a painting in the tree. Click it, open your inventory and hand it to Scrumpy. He recognizes it as being from the Googenheim. There is another painting by a building. Click it, open your inventory and hand it to Scrumpy. He also recognizes it as being from the Googenheim and suspects that the culprit dropped a lot of things. Click the print workshop to find another painting in the window, then open your inventory and hand it to Scrumpy, who identifies that it's also from the Googenheim. Now, hand him the giant mittens. He says that they are large so the suspect might also be large. They then decide to interview Raffles at the party the following week.
At Crabby Cove, the Googenheim is attached to a giant crab. (There's an E.P.I.C.S. on the far left). Click on the Googenheim. The crab comes out. Apparently, he didn't know it was stealing or even what the Googenheim was. He just needed a new shell and asks for decorations. Click on the decorations. The little crabs won't let you get them unless you guess the punchlines to the jokes: Why did the crab cross the road? (to get to the other tide), why wouldn't the crab share his toys? (because he was shellfish) and why was the crab arrested? (because he was always pinching things). Now, collect the decorations, open your inventory and drag the decorations onto a house nearby. The crab then moves into the house and uses it for a shell. Raffles then shows up and asks to join you on your adventures. Now, you can adopt him. Then, a bunch of Twirly Tiddlycopters return the Googenheim.
